DRONE BRINGS MAGIC TO VERO MODA SHOW AT SULAFEST, NASHIK

India's first fashion show to have used a DRONE to video-shoot event

When technology adds a glam angle to the entire fashion event, its got to make a futuristic buzz. And as I witnessed India's first fashion show, which had a drone to video-shoot the entire event, here is a piece of history with Vero Moda at the helm.

Can you spot this 'identified flying object' over the crowds? It is a Drone, which was used to video-shoot the Vero Moda fashion show at Sulafest 2015

VERO MODA CREATES 'DRONE' NEWS: Mounting a camera atop a drone, the Vero Moda fashion show on February 7, 2015 at Sulafest gave the audience a taste of technology fusing refreshingly into fashion. Of course, right amidst a popular vineyard as a preferred travel destination, this European brand turned heads turned upwards and Vineet Gautam, CEO, Vero Moda couldn't have been happier about reaching this brand's target audience with such elan.
Singer Shefali Alvares pulled off Adele's numbers as she crooned in the midst of the vineyards and got leggy models to strut the latest Spring Summer collection.

SulaFest 2015 in Sula Vineyards in Nashik, Maharashtra of India organises a fest annually since a decade.

MAN OF THE MOMENT: Rajeev Samant, CEO Sula.

RAJEEV SAMANT'S SULAFEST: It has been 10 solid years where footfalls at the Sulafest increased from 250 people to 25,000 people. Sula's heart and soul Rajeev Samant today boasts of its latest variant Seco Rose wine and was excited about everything that this fest had in store apart from wine tastings events, music (Lucky Ali crooning and Vero Moda fashion event) and great gourmet food stalls.

Singer Lucky Ali sings for the first time amidst vineyards. And he sure won hearts all over again with O Sanam song

LUCKY ALI CROONS & WINS HEARTS: So, how can women not swoon over this light-eyed singer Lucky Ali. After years, Lucky chose to sing to young audiences right in the vineyards and also launch an app for his music. And to that, SulaFest raised a lavish, nostalgic toast. Lucky was just so evidently moved by his fans who sang along Ek Pal Ka Jeena, Oh Sanam and more of his hits with much love. Lucky thanked all for such enthusiasm and said that is what keeps him going.

GIRL WITH THE BLUE SCARF says: Music+fashion+travel+technology make for a winning combination in an effortless manner. Rajeev Samant's SulaFest will be remembered in India's new-age history where the spirits shall rise over something so au glam, year-after-year gloriously
