ILLUSION AT LAKME FASHION WEEK SUMMER/RESORT GRAND FINALE 2014 A child-like fantasy world of big frangipani tree rising skywards and a maze of mirrors with candles creating a metallic illusion. We just didn't know from where the models walked in. It was an amazing grand finale. MIRROR WORLD : Choreographed ably by Lubna Adams, the LFW Summer/Resort 2014 grand finale had a stage decked with candles and mirrors to keep us guessing if it was a model in real or her reflection While, I really liked the designer Rajesh Pratap Singh's signature style of keeping his fabrics simple and cuts wearable, I did find metallic hues as not too suitable in a Summer/Resort line. Now, it's simple, not many of us would wear Black in summers . Not in India for sure!
