TIP: Your facial muscles actually need a stretch every now and then. Ever heard of ‘face yoga’? So, smile pleasantly at a well-meaning stranger. The moment you get a reciprocal smile, your brain will rewire goodness as top priority for the day. The ‘feel good' state of mind carries on and spills over to others too.

TIP: Avoid processed food to the extent you can and give a specific movement to your body. Understand the dynamics of energy infusion into your system. Do you even require as much as you eat? So, take a conscious look at the calories you are able to burn and then ingest accordingly. The scale of your energy levels can change if you put your mind to it. Some fresh air can do good magic with some light exercises. Happy thoughts can come if you sing your favorite song, read a nice easy book, and talk to friends who wish well.

TIP: The golden rule of charity is indeed true. It is not the giver who is greater instead it is the greatness of the recipient who is allowing the giver to feel amazing upon doing charity. Within your means, provide that surplus that you have, to others in need. Once the cycle of goodness becomes an inherent habit, you will only reap much more goodness, each day.
